We hosted our holiday casino night party at The Diamond Room and it was absolutely perfect. Jenny was amazing to work with — so accommodating, interactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. The space itself is beautiful and created the perfect atmosphere for our event. Our employees had an absolute blast and are still talking about it. Highly recommend The Diamond Room for any company or special event!
Where do I even start!!! Our daughter was married at the Diamond Room last weekend, and everyone is still talking about how beautiful this venue was!! We worked with Steph, and although we only had 5 months to plan the wedding, she was there with us the whole time. This is our third daughter to be married, and I can honestly say that The Diamond room provided a fairytale wedding for our daughter. Everything was spot on, and absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a beautiful venue, who has an excellent staff, this one is for you! Steph, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
We had the best time at our wedding at the diamond room! We had a small wedding of about 115 guests and it was spacious enough so our guests didn’t feel like they were on top of each other. This is a feeling I have had at some weddings I’ve attended. We had a live band, a donut wall and a photobooth and the space was perfect to be able to space everything out and have little destinations for people to go to. Maggie our venue manager was always quick to respond with any questions I had, no matter how big or small. We really felt like we had all the information upfront from start to finish. Our vendors had no issues getting in and out and communicated to me how much they loved the space. The garage doors that opened to the patio was an amazing feature that our guests enjoyed the entire night. Also, the industrial feel doesn’t make you think you need to over complicate your decor. The venue speaks for itself. We loved the location for taking pictures and there was more than enough parking for guests especially for a downtown venue. We owe a lot to the diamond room for giving our guests and a US a truly amazing night we will never forget.
Our experience with The Diamond Room as our wedding venue was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer our questions and guide us through the planning process with patience and care. Stephanie, Maggie, and the rest of the staff were always prompt and kind when answering my many questions throughout the planning process. Their kindness and friendliness made us feel completely at ease and genuinely cared for. It was clear they truly wanted our day to be everything we envisioned. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—elegant, versatile, and the perfect backdrop for both the ceremony and reception. Everything ran smoothly, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful the space was. The bartending staff were absolutely amazing as well. They made sure our guests were taken care of in a timely manner, and provided them with a wonderful experience throughout the entire reception. Not only did The Diamond Room provide a variety of wines and beers to choose from, but they also offered many mixed drinks. We ordered a large number of pre-made drinks for our guests to enjoy right after the ceremony was complete, and those were gone in a flash. We were given many compliments on how tasty they were. One aspect I appreciated the most was their upfront and honest policy about costs for the venue and the bar. There were no hidden fees or surprises, which made budgeting and planning go very well. Choosing The Diamond Room was the best decision we made for our wedding. We are so grateful for the wonderful service, thoughtful attention to detail, and the overall unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a truly special place to celebrate their big day!
We got married here 2 weeks ago and it was an absolute dream😍 The staff is so helpful throughout the planning process, and our venue manager, Ashleigh, was so amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The main things I liked about booking with the.diamond.room is how transparent they were in pricing and all details on their website. Also, they had a large selection of items to use for free from their Something Borrowed Catalog. This easily saved us $500+! And tables, chairs, linens, etc. were included. Everything was well coordinated and day-of they stayed on top of everything!
