Juan was an excellent server. He explain what meal was good and what meal he recommended. He came and checked on us and made sure we were comfortable. Came and checked on me and my girlfriend!
Paytyn was so sweet. She greeted us with a smile each time she came to the table. She stayed available in her table area. We had one of her meal recommendation. And then she signed us up for the rewards.
Where to begin, I'll start with this it was better than I expected, parking is fair, plenty of space inside and the atmosphere is decent. The service was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My server was Bridgett B. She has a very vibrant personality and very attentive. I ordered the Breakfast Chimichanga which was absolutely amazing, I felt like I was cheating on my wife for not having her here for the experience. I will definitely bring her next time for sure!!!! And they have an award point system, basically it's a dollar off for each visit. 10 point equals $10. All and all I highly recommend this place. P.S make sure you come with an huge appetite, the serving size is more than adequate!
Juan was awesome. It was super busy but he very attentive. My son ordered the steak and eggs and requested the steak be cooked medium. It was well done and very tough. He really didn’t eat it. I ended up having to order him bacon which he said was very good. Great service and atmosphere, but our food was just ok.
The Egg Bistro is our favorite breakfast place but our visit today was made extra special due to our friendly server Bethany. Bethany was attentive and fun to talk with. The food is consistently delicious and the portions are ridiculously large.
