Eleni (Len) does not keep her word. She completely over highlighted my hair for what I was asking for. Ok fine, mistakes happen. I had to spend an additional 2 hours (totaling over 5 hours) there to fix her mistake. At the end of my service, she told me to text her in 2-3 weeks to let her know how my hair was looking and if I was displeased, she would fix it for free. I texted her at 3 weeks expressing that I was not happy with my hair. Her response was that I did not follow aftercare instructions (I did) and that their policy is 2 weeks. And because I had texted at 3 weeks, she would not provide a complimentary service but I was welcome to come in and have her “fix it” for FULL PRICE! Why would you say 3 weeks if you would only allow me 2 weeks? I did as was asked and now I am out over $500 between 2 appts and extremely disgusted in how I was treated. I will not be returning and recommend others find another establishment as well. Unbelievably dissatisfied!

I recently just received the Autumn Radiance Facial from Casey and it was AMAZING. My skin is still glowing!! I highly recommend getting a skincare service from Casey. She was so sweet and did an incredible job with my skin. It was so relaxing and the perfect start to my Saturday! Make sure to grab a smoothie and coffee after at SOUL Society!

This salon is everything. The vibes are immaculate, everyone is beyond nice. Hungry? Go to Soul Society and get some lunch while your hair sets! 10/10 recommend!

I went through glamsquadsyr services for hair and make-up on my wedding day. All 3 stylists came from The Emerson, which of course I was pumped about because everyone from The Emerson is amazing. Like any other bride, you want the wedding day to be perfect. I loved having Kayleigh, Merz, and Sarah there for me and the girls on hair and make-up. Not only did my bridesmaids, moms, and grandma look awesome, I received SO many compliments all night long on my hair and make-up. Even sweating through the reception and dancing all night my hair and make-up held up perfectly, which guests continued to compliment me into the late hours of the wedding. The girls were so fun in the bridal suite which kept for a light, and easy-breezy morning. I also received compliments from my bridesmaids on the ladies too because they enjoyed the services so much. Kayleigh is a ROCKSTAR and I can't imagine sharing my day with anyone else because she absolutely nailed it. Everyone looked so glam and it was just the best day ever.
