The owner James is great, very focused on giving me a routine that works for me including respecting limitations I have from a shoulder replacement. Over the last 6 months I’ve seen steady progress and felt stronger. The coaches are really consistent and supportive. Stan, Kevin, Isaiah, and Donovan have each learned our specific needs and supportively push us to achieve improvements. I really like the equipment and find the individualized digital feedback helpful in pushing myself. The facility is always clean and the equipment is in great shape. I highly recommend the Exercise Coach for anyone working to build strength and get healthier, especially if you haven’t been doing anything for a while.
Everything! I appreciate: - The tailoring of my routines to accommodate the limitations of my body brought on by age and injuries. I have seen a great improvement in my strength, resulting in a marked decrease in pain levels. - 20 minutes in and out! - The small size of the facility, no mirrors, soft music, and just a few people. - Getting to know some of my fellow early-morning exercises. - The low turnover of the coaches! - But without a doubt, for me, it is the caring professionalism of the coaches! They constantly are checking to make sure I not aggravating old injuries, but at the same time pushing me, in a gentle way, to work harder. I enjoy getting to know the coaches and some of them have become true friends.
