I have never dealt with any company like the furniture gallery. I will never shop here again!!!!! I choose a couch 4 months ago, asked where it was made , would it be made to the same standard. I payed 4000k for a couch that is nothing like the couch on the show room floor, doesn’t have the same cushioning, it’s hard and nothing like I agreed on purchase. Even brought stools that arent even to the ground. One leg is not even touching the floor. There is no care at all about delivering these items. The couch has not been made to the same standard! It’s been made in south east Asia!!!!!!! If I wanted to pay the money I did I would have had it custom built from an Australian made company . I have non stopped called, they take no accountability for the faulty items and this is why they don’t offer refunds and make you pay it up front before you see what you’re purchasing . DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Nothing but cheap, poorly made furniture. I will be going to consumer protection.

I ordered the Valletta sofa in June and was told it would take around 12 weeks, which I was completely fine with. However, the week it was due, I received no communication at all. I had to chase multiple times by phone and email, and once the payment had been taken, the store became noticeably unhelpful — even stopped replying or answering the phone altogether at one point. I purchased from Osborne Park, but after my order was processed and I had queries they kept directing me to the Joondalup store which I found a bit rude. When I eventually got through, I was given conflicting information each time, from "stuck in floods" to “waiting on the warehouse” to suddenly being told it was ready for delivery. The lack of transparency and basic customer care was incredibly frustrating. At no point did anyone contact me to discuss my order or arrange delivery, I had to keep calling to see when it was available. The delivery team was also meant to assemble the sofa, but they failed to connect the modular sections properly, leaving it unstable and separating during use. I live alone, and it’s too heavy to fix myself — not the level of service or professionalism you’d expect for the price and brand promise. After such a long wait and poor follow-through, I sadly couldn’t recommend Furniture Gallery. I hope they review their communication process and delivery standards for future customers.
Goran was an incredible help from the moment I walked into the store. He guided me through selecting the perfect mattresses for each bedroom, helped choose the finishes and fabrics for the beds, and offered fantastic advice on dressing the rooms. His expertise in picking the right sizes for rugs and beds was a total lifesaver for this project. I genuinely can’t recommend him enough He went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Thank you so much for all your help, Goran!
