The Furniture Mart crew in Fridley is the absolute best team to work with! As an interior designer who frequents many home furnishings establishments- the customer service I get there is the best hands down! Hector, Dan and Nermin always go above and beyond to help me procure and locate furniture for my clients! When I’m in a bind - the whole staff works tougher to be solution based and helpful! I always recommend the Fridley locations
I want to thank Noah! I walked in the store. He greeted me right away. With intent to actually make me feel welcomed. He let me look around the store a little bit. Unfortunately, as I walked around the rest of the employees decided to turn their backs, sit in lazy boys in my face, close their eyes, and not speak. I counted 3 employees all the way back to the clearance section. I didn’t see the item I was looking for. So I walked back up to the front. Walking right past the same employees that still did not acknowledge me. Noah was still in the front with a smile, and I showed him a picture of the item I wanted. He walked the store to find out where exactly my item was. And we found it. He gave me great service the entire transaction. There was a problem with the item not in stock. But Noah and his manager made a Christmas miracle. Noah also helped with placing the items in my car. Thank you, Noah for acknowledging me. You’re the best!
Hector is very easy to work with and knowledgeable with all of the product. He answered every question we had in a polite and professional manner. He has been willing to put in a lot of effort for us even if we aren’t at the store with our busy schedule, which has been super convenient. We will continue purchasing our furniture from Hector at Ashley. I strongly recommend that others do so as well if you want it to be easy and a stress free process. Thanks Hector!
Alison was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was very helpful and cheerful throughout the whole process, and what I appreciated most was her patience. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Shopping for furniture can be overwhelming, but Alison made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!
I had never been to furniture mart before because the name makes it sound like it’s cheap, poor quality furniture. But I was everywhere looking for the perfect couch and couldn’t find it so I stopped in. I was greeted by Dan. I told him I knew exactly what I wanted and explained it to him. He was amazing, I think he spent 2 hours with me and he made me feel like he was having the greatest time! I was frustrated with me, if he was he hid it well! He moved pieces out of the way, he changed the color of the pillows so I could get a visual! It’s a huge store and the furniture is beautiful. I found my couch (La-z-boy) and should have it in a week or so! If you go here, ask for Dan!!
