From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming. Everyone was friendly. Best part was being allowed to walk around without someone trying to make a sale but also available as soon as we had questions. Felt the honesty in the response to our questions. The transaction was simple and fast. Moises was knowledgeable n very professional! The plus was how they treated our 3 year old grandson!
Walked in never having heard about this store. My initial thought was boy it’s small in here. Jaime greeted us, inquired into what we were looking for and let us browse freely. Long story short, he made our buying experience fun and enjoyable. We walked out very pleased with our purchase and can’t wait for delivery! Great deal! I highly recommend you try this store and I highly recommend Jaime as your salesperson. Very knowledgeable and experienced. He’s great with kids too, so bring them along!

I recently came to this store looking for furniture that was relatively fair priced and good quality. The Furniture Outlet had many great finds and deals! What made the process of purchasing from here even greater was how friendly, helpful, and welcoming the staff here were. Jaime was the sales expert I met with and he took the time to not only explain all the ongoing deals, but also to get to know me so he could suggest options that would fit what I was looking for. I appreciated that and would definitely come back in the future to purchase again.
Do not buy from this place! Save your money and go somewhere else. I bought a $ 1,000 dollar table 2 weeks ago and it was missing two legs. I called the the store and they stated it was the manufacturer. They got the legs ordered and informed me that they could get them to arrive the following Monday. Called and still no legs and then was given information that Wednesday I would get them. Called and still no legs as they never arrived in the shipment. I am very upset because I was supposed to have my table for family that came in out of town to celebrate house warming. Two weeks later and they came to my house with only one leg. How is this possible? They returned 8 hours later with the WRONG leg even after they took pictures. This is very frustrating as I have to wait another day for a table I paid two weeks ago to use. This place needs better management as clearly they are not checking items and delivery orders to make sure they are correct. l will never be coming back to buy furniture from this place ever again. Bad experience and the only thing they could say is we can’t do anything about it and they not do exchange or refund. I should have gone to another place. I normally never leave reviews unless they are good but this one really got me! I can’t believe how unorganized this place is. I felt like as soon as we purchased customer service went down hill.
