We worked with Layne and had an absolutely wonderful experience. She was so friendly and was great at timely communication. She was awesome at answering any and all questions we had, and the ones she didn't know, she was always able to reach out and connect us with the right people to ask. She explained everything in a way that made sense, answered all my questions, and really looked out for me to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. The whole process felt way smoother and a lot less stressful than I expected. Layne did a great job listening to what I was looking for and helping me to be aware of some issues. I value her knowledge. She guided me through making a choice that fit my needs. The home inspector she chose also helped me to see good and bad things that I may have overlooked. This was a fantastic buying experience. I highly recommend Layne Johnson and the home inspector that she chose. I hope to have the house that I am leaving ready for market soon, and I will ask Layne to represent me in the selling process.
