I hired the Gold Law Firm March of 2025 due to a car accident. I never got any correspondence from them regarding my case, unless I text the paralegal Ellie to either let her know I was sending updated records or medical bills. I always got the response no update still waiting on a adjuster to be assigned to the case. It was always the same response we are still waiting on adjuster to be assigned to the case. I finally reached out and asked since they are giving us the runaround should we scheduled a court date. The same afternoon Mr. Gold call and informed me that he did not think this was a winnable case. I then made the decision to change law firms due to I had the feeling that they was not working on my case. My new attorney reached out today and said the prior attorney file was a complete mass. My new attorney is sending out a demand for a settlement today. I would not recommend The Gold Law to anyone.
