Called and they were able to book me the same day for my two Pomeranians. They did an amazing job with them! They smell so good and look great. I really appreciated that they respected what we asked for regarding their hair and didn’t do anything without our approval. The price was pretty good too. Thank you so much!

Unfortunate unprofessional experience requiring additional grooming at home…twice. This is now the second time my cat has been returned needing additional grooming after paying full price for the service. 1st time was due to an emergency and giving him back half brushed out so I decided to try again to receive another poor experience. To start this time I had to reach out on 3 separate occasions to set up with an appointment due to lack of business follow up. The owner was quite rude to us upon arrival granted we were 5 minutes late and I had notified before hand as we hit traffic with the appointment being at 7:30am. With that being said I understand being annoyed but as a professional who works in a customer service field that does not warrant being rude to a customer, 10-15 minutes I understand but 5? Come on. Then to pick my cat up and have to do additional grooming at home again because he was not fully brushed out for the full price of $110 is the true reason for this review. Those with dogs seem to have a much better experience but cat owners be weary. (Photo is after fixing his mane where all of this fur came from as it was clumpy and unbrushed)

This spot has been such a blessing for my senior pup. My dog is 14 yrs old and usually shakes/is anxiety ridden during hygiene appointments. I’ve tried everything… standard groomer, mobile groomer, vet groomer, diy bathing & grooming, but nothing has worked like the Good Dog Spa! Each visit she’s given gentle, one on one care with no scary cages or back room confinement. The generous appointment blocks ensure each pet is comfortable during service and the groomer is never rushed. It’s a very relaxed environment, perfect for anxious or senior pets. Nina is wonderful! The prices are reasonable for the level of care received and the high standard of cleanliness. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m so glad they opened up near me!

I can't stand taking our little furbaby to a groomer because she's so skiddish. I'm so happy we found out about Good Dog Spa. I didn't want to leave our little Panda (Pom) but knew she would be better without us there. Nina did such a good job! I'm impressed. After a few years of doing it myself, trying to keep her double coat in tact, (futile) I realized we needed to get her done by someone who knows what they're doing. Lol She's so adorable with her new cut. I will definitely be taking her back to Nina in 3 months. Thank you!!

Nina does such a great job with my golden doodles! Oldest is a mini 32 pounds age 4. 1 is a micro 15 pounds 11 months female. The best groomers I have tried! It’s our 4th time, never disappointed! I highly recommend 👍
