My hair stylist recommended Groom Room since I just moved back to this area. My pup is a shorkie so her coat is a good mix of both Shihtzu and Yorkie. Brought her in for a full groom and she is the most beautiful baby in the world. Gabrielle did wonderful! Perfect little face cut and she smelled so good!
We’ve been taking our miniature pinscher for several years. Gabrielle has always greeted us with a smile and Bandit goes willingly. She’s the only one who can get him to cooperate and he comes out looking great. At Christmas she even gifted us a framed photo of him! That’s a business owner who cares about the client and their owner.
We love the Groom Room. We have been taking Tucker there from the day they opened and we wouldn't go anywhere else. He loves being pampered at the Groom Room. He always looks so good when we pick him up and smells great! We love the grooms. They care about Tucker and have always taken great care to do their best for him. They are amazing!
I have been taking my dog to Gabrielle for several years now. He has been difficult with other groomers but she took her time and worked with him and now he allows her to groom his beard and paws with no issues. She is very kind and patient and my dog loves going to get his monthly groom. Her staff is very kind as well and loves my dog. I highly recommend The Groom Room for your pet grooming needs.
This review is long overdue! I’ve been bringing my dogs here for a couple of years now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Finding a good groomer you can trust with your fur babies is no easy task, but Gabrielle is amazing. She’s fantastic with yorkie cuts and genuinely cares about your dogs’ health. We’ve also tried other groomers here like James and Haley, who are just as great, but Gabrielle is my go-to. She always does an exceptional job, and I highly recommend her!
