Serena helped my wife and I find our dream home. We had a complicated situation because we were moving from out of state. I spoke with a few agents and Serena seemed most qualified to help. I flew out and we spent a few days looking at houses, getting lost, meeting in wrong places. All my fault. She was beyond patient. Throughout the process, Serena was always available in spite of the time differences. We finally made a decision and she went to work making the deal. Everything worked out exactly as we planned and we were finally home in Vegas just under 2 months after the adventure began. I recently had the pleasure of selling a home in Las Vegas with the help of Magenta Real Estate company. I worked with Tom Heuser who is the owner of the firm along with his wife Serena. I live in another state over a thousand miles distant and did not want to travel to sell this home, located in a gated community of Spanish Trail, that I inherited. Tom informed me that he had sold many homes for out of state clients. All of the contract work can be done electronically now. Tom’s experience in selling homes in this particular community enabled me to establish a reasonable listing price based on comparable sales. The hard work began after I had an offer and we had to respond to the buyers inspection. Tom was able to get plumbers, electricians, window specialists and a roofer in a very quick timeline to perform repairs or provide estimates. He then negotiated with the buyer’s agent to reach a very reasonable settlement. I neglected to mention that Tom arranged for all furniture and contents of the house to be removed and then cleaned prior to listing. Following that Tom worked with me to sell a couple of valuable items. Throughout the process Tom was so responsive that I had the impression that I was his only client although that was not the case. His support throughout the process anticipating problems and answering my questions was reason enough to highly recommend Magenta Real Estate Company to any prospective buyer or seller.
We were looking to relocate from Virginia to Las Vegas, and wanted to understand the area before making a final decision.
