Mordecai has been around for over 40 years. And I can tell you even though the prices and the quality of high-class and top notch the prices are very reasonable. I don't have high dollar jewelry most of my stuff is like Timex is and things like that. But whenever I need a battery changed in my watch or a item cleaned I go right to them. I'm telling you if I could afford $100,000 diamond I'd deal only with them. The staff are knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. The girls are pretty, even the security guard is a pleasure talking to. This is absolutely were go to place for your jewelry purchases and repairs. I swear they treat you just like a celebrity. Go check them out, tell them Tigger sent you.
You’re treated the right way no matter what you buy. Mordechai made a beautiful ring from a pair of my Mother’s earrings. I’d rather buy something smaller at The Jewelers than something bigger somewhere else for the same money. You’re buying absolute quality with good old fashioned knowledgeable service. My my where do I begin! I had been on the hunt for a new band for about a month before I went To this jewelry store and let me tell you my experiences had not been any good at all!! I was actually disgusted with most of places I had been to with how they treated me about my knowledge of diamonds and rings and how they were trying to scam me out of prices This place is nothing like that! I had an amazing woman named Jamie Help me throughout my experience. I walked in yesterday And she sat me down and walked through all the rings and How she could help me she never made me feel like I didn’t know enough And she took care of me very well! They gave me an amazing price with an amazing ring and they did so much work I could never recommend this place enough!! Thank you so much for all you do! These guys are Phenomenal!!
I called very early this past Sunday morning and asked if I could get a bracelet tested to ensure its authenticity. The woman answered the phone very promptly and said she was the only one there BUT SURE bring it over and I’ll help you out. She did just that when I arrived about 15 minutes later. I didn’t buy it from them BUT she still helped me and tested it quickly and gave me the good news it was in fact genuine 18kt over 14kt customer made double stamped. She gave me so much peace of mind leaving Las Vegas. I come to learn this new store has been in business over 50 years and have had countless celebrities buy there. There are so many signed pictures on their walls. I urge everyone who is considering buying from them to DO SO!!! I plan to visit the store again on my next visit to Las Vegas. I like to have something to show for my money and usually buy something GOLD when I am on vacation. Thank you so much for your help and your time!!! You young lady were very professional and helpful!!!
What can I say….personal and professional advice and experience from The Jewelers of Lad Vegas and our most appropriated and kind jeweler Jamie Moore. She was so helpful and really did everything. She asked what I was looking for and I believe saw the panic on my face because I had no idea. She smiled and asked Rick what was her budget and she went to work from there. Within less than an hour we had a beautiful wedding set picked out and sized while we enjoyed conversation and a delightful cup of coffee andddd directions to some really good breakfast. We cannot thank you enough Jaime for taking such good care of us and we look forward to seeing you again next year for our anniversary, if not sooner. It is hard to find great customer service and good humans in one place. If you come here you also get some beautiful and special jewelry as a bonus. Also; take some time to look at all the history, photos and memorabilia on the walls of the store. There is plenty of free and safe parking and an armed guard who will kindly greet you and open the door for your entrance. Once inside….boy oh boy; there are some beautiful pieces of art/jewelry displayed for your collection and some reasonable prices as well. I highly recommend anyone to come and check this jewelry store and their employees out.
