I get why there are so many 5 star reviews now. I went in with a tarnished, tangled necklace with a lot of sentimental value to my fiancée under the impression that it’d take 7-10 days to clean and untangle. Instead, the jeweler just tidied it up and cleaned it on the spot for no charge. I even got my ring size in the meantime. The least I could do is encourage more people to go somewhere like the Jewelry Exchange, they’ll look out for you.

We were fortunate enough to meet Stormy, who was all of that, and more. Stormy made us feel comfortable, and took the time to explain every detail of our diamond ring search, all the while clarifying things in our terms, and maintaining a friendly, and sometime humorous, demeaner. She answered all of our questions, and provided numerous options, as Jewelry Exchange offers many. In the end, we were not only very happy with our purchase, but we also were quite content with the price we paid. Put these guys on your short list and give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! I came in after my wedding ring had to be cut off and didn't think I'd ever find anything that would make me as happy as what I had.
