It was my first time there and the location is convenient and centrally located with shopping and restaurants surrounding it so a major plus. The location is clean and the receptionist Daisy is really nice. I saw Dr. Domenick at the Broadtipple location and when I say I walked out feeling better...I definitely did. He took time to explain everything and he was sure to assess all possible issues that may be underlying causes of my lower back pain and neck pain. Process was quick and easy no pain and the appointment went smoothly. I signed up for a membership to go back.
Very thorough in the initial patient questionnaire & consult which, personally, I admire and appreciate! Rather than "quick & efficient", I received "patient & sufficient", again, I find very admirable given today's fast paced world! With just ONE adjustment, I comfortably got up from a seated position & was more quickly mobile than I've been in the last 8yrs. I'm so very pleased with the attention & care I experienced and look forward to my next adjustment! You're definitely missing out on a more comfortable, more flexible & more healthy you, if you aren't receiving the top notch care that The Joint offers.....check 'em out!
Always polite staff, and clean office. But more than that, I’m actually getting the help I need. I can walk better, and it’s improving my mood to be able to move. I will always recommend The Joint Broad Ripple 🤍
First timer here! I will say that it was quite seamless. Good education, warm hospitality, and quick service. Popped me right together. Definitely became a member. Price is quite doable!
From the moment I walked into The Joint, the atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat. I hadn’t even reached the adjustment table yet when the front desk staff handed me a cheerful Easter egg filled with candy — such a simple, thoughtful surprise that added a personal touch to my visit. With Easter coming up this Sunday, it made the whole experience feel festive and appreciated. Even while waiting, I felt like more than just a name on a schedule. Highly recommend this location for their kindness and attention to detail!
