I really enjoyed my time here. The space and equipment are clean and well taken care of, the trainers are kind and help to correct form or answer questions while being courteous and respectful. The storage area for personal items was enough for extra layers, and small personal items. The workout plans delivered by the trainers are well planned and are altered often to accommodate progress.
Joining The Performance Lab is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. In just 4 months, I’ve seen real change, both physically and mentally. Coach B and Kris go above and beyond to support, challenge, and inspire every single member. This isn’t just a gym — it’s a community.
The Lab has been voted best gym in FW multiple times, and this distinction is well-deserved! The owners Brian and Kris are very kind and love helping people reach their fitness goals. The gym is super clean, has a variety of weights, HIIT, and cardio equipment, and the tastiest water fountain this side of the Mississippi. Highly, highly recommended the Lab!

Both Coach Brian and Coach Kris know their clients, how to push them, and what they’re working toward. It’s truly boutique, concierge-style training with a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. You gain not only physical strength but also knowledge and confidence to continue progressing. I’d highly recommend The Performance Lab and Coach Kris to anyone, especially busy professionals. Their early-morning sessions are focused, efficient, and the perfect start to the day—training both body and mind.
I had an incredible 28-minute HIIT session at The LAB yesterday with Kristin. It was one of the most motivating, well-structured workouts I’ve done—short, intense, and completely personalized. Kristin struck the perfect balance of professional and encouraging, and the atmosphere was welcoming and focused. The people there are serious about working out but not the “mirror-gazing” or boisterous type—just genuine, driven individuals. The whole experience felt professional, friendly, and energizing. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient, high-quality workout.
