This review is for Yuvia! This was my first time at the Lash Lounge. I have been looking for a new lash tech since I moved here and she was just what I was looking for! She removed my janky lashes (from a private tech) and was so sweet about it and filled in the gaps I had. Thank you for your help, Yuvia!

Dakota is amazing at what she does! She is thorough but fast! The space is super clean, and I felt very comfortable throughout the appointment. You can really tell why she’s the master stylist, her work speaks for itself. I highly recommend!

I got a lash and brow tint here. Price was 3 times higher ($143 before tax and tip) than my usual place. Post service I was so distracted by how bad my brows looked (I was told they would be okay after washing after 24 hours), that I failed to notice my eyelashes weren't fully tinted on top and sections of the lower lash were completely missing tint. Poor quality service. Very high price point. Booking was very easy though, and they do validate parking.

I went here for several lash lifts that were great but the last time two minutes before my appointment I was texted as I walked up to the door that my stylist was running 30 minutes late. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes. During my service I sensed that the product was being left on longer than normal and I had to point out that she had dripped product on me. I had to remove my glasses for the appointment and wasn’t able to see how bad they were until I returned to my car but even without my glasses, I saw how much glue was left on my lashes which she then slightly wiped off. In my car I saw there were huge globs of glue still on my lashes that were not uniform direction at all and several lashes broken off. I called to request a refund of some kind sent in pictures and text and was told I’d receive a response when management returned, but still have not, this was over a month ago. The lift dropped within a week and lashes just continued breaking off and falling out. Still have not heard back. They did offer at the time to do another lift, but why would I want my lashes further damaged? Not good service or customer service when handling an issue.

I had to go here since my normal lash lady was busy and they Brooklyn did a great job! I checked with Jade and she was super friendly and professional. She was patient, attentive and experienced. Jade helped me understand all the different options and Brooklyn made it happen. Highly recommend Brooklyn. I’ve never been to this place before and was nervous but I was pleased with the outcome. Thanks ladies!
