Motion for non disclosure cases in Texas. Over the course of several years I contemplated what was the best course of action and what attorney could help me best. Over this time period I periodically looked into/did web searches for attorneys that could handle this type of case. Never once did I get a true warm and fuzzy feeling about any. The closest I ever got to taking any action was to ask a friend of mine that is a criminal defense attorney in DFW. It was not a priority for her and nothing ever came of the request. I even thought about handling the filings myself. Bottom line, once I found Mike Howard’s website, read through it and the reviews, but more importantly, after my first conversation with Mike, I knew I found the right person.
