These wonderful people exceeded our expectations. They took my wife’s vision and created the most amazing atmosphere for her to celebrate a milestone birthday with dear friends. My wife is a meticulous and detailed planner and finds it hard to step back and let other people do things. They asked the right questions ahead of time and anticipated what we hadn’t yet considered. We were WOW-ed! when we walked into this elegant set up, which created the backdrop for a wonderful event. From the time we signed the contract until the very end of our party, it was an excellent experience. No half-stepping with these folks. My only regret is not knowing about The Legacy Center sooner!
DO NOT BOOK HERE. I had a baby shower event here and it was beautiful BUT when I originally booked through via website they cancelled my booking and told me the time wasn’t available when it was available on the website. FIRST red flag. My money was sent back and I was asked to reschedule for a Sunday. I was told that we’d be discounted to have had to move dates. When it was time to pay the full amount and fees I was told that it was a “Sunday funday” package that allowed me to get the “money off”. Regardless of the moved date for the event. SCAM. Then when we were setting up I realized there was no way to have music even though there were TWO big speakers that could work. I was told I didn’t get “audio” mind you back in 2023 I booked and audio was included. Money hungry. I had to go to target and buy an $80 speaker on top of the 1.3k venue. These people are accommodating at all. These people’s business started booming and they took that and ran with it. We also didn’t get our “incidental deposit” back because we went over 1 hour because we wanted to make sure the space was SPOTLESS. We didn’t want any issues. But only received $150 out of $300. MONEY HUNGRY. We were also recorded and nowhere in the policy does it say we would be recorded. Privacy violation. Please do not book here unless you’re ready to spend your last dime PLUS your retirement savings. (UPDATE: besides the long reply from legacy that makes them seem professional. The owner or daughter decided to text me personally saying “shame on me and it be your own people” just because I shared my review. very unprofessional. But ok have a blessed one.
The Legacy Center was just perfect for us. Customer services were awesome! Communication was so easy. We all enjoyed there. Setup was great! Stella
We had our 25th wedding anniversary sneaker party here and EVERY thing was exceptional from decor to menu. Top notch!
The Legacy Center is a great place to host an event! The owners were kind and very helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend purchasing one of the packages as they handled all of the decorations for the event and everything turned out beautiful! You can tell they put in so much effort to make sure that all of the details were specialized for the occasion and they truly exceeded my expectations. They were receptive to any suggestions that I had and were quick and professional in responding to questions and/or any concerns I might have had. I would definitely host another event in the future!
