Went in window shopping an mentioned to the store manager that we were missing a very specific piece of a technic curiosity rover (discontinued) we bought on ebay. The manager found the part in the back and gave it to us for free. Just fantastic customer service andm makes me love leggo even more.
Love this place. I come here every time I go to the mall. Supper fun, and you get free figures on your birthday. Also I’ll my Lego sets are from here!
The Lego launch on the 1st was so organized and they did such a great job! The customer service is amazing here and they know my husband and they call him by name which to me as a customer mean allot. They did such a great job I’m so impressed with the staff there and shout out to Cory who took all the orders and remembered what other people wanted. They do such an amazing job here.
Legos on Legos with real-life Legos experts in the store. They love Legos here and can talk about Legos for some length. If you have an interest in Legos, this will be your utopia and you will make instant Lego friends.
I cannot recommend this store or its employees enough. I took in a piece that had unfortunately, fully my fault, been chewed up by my puppy, and they were able to find me a replacement piece. The customer service has always been above and beyond. Not even just this instance, but every single time I go to this store, the employees are interactive and friendly and provide the best experience. Whether I’m buying a $40 set or a $200+ set, or in this case asking for help without spending any money, they have interacted with me and shared their excitement for our shared hobby. I love this store and will always go out of my way to buy my sets directly from LEGO, simply because of this store and its employees. I wish I had gotten their names tonight but I was just so excited and grateful for their help I didn’t stop to ask. Thank you again ❤️
