As always, the Little Flower Shop exceeded my expectations. I ordered on the web site and it was a seamless process. Later that day the recipient sent me a message thanking me for the flowers and a photo. I was delighted to see the flowers that I sent looked just as good if not better than the picture on the web page. The Little Flower Shop is the only one for me no matter the occasion.
WOW! The arrangement for my friend at KU Med was beyond expectations! EVERYONE ( including the staff) commented on how beautiful and unique it was. I got to see it today…Spectacular! They delivered during a snowstorm which was amazing! I’m absolutely going to use The Little Flower Shop for all my floral needs in the future!
I love this little flower shop! They have the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen, I went in with ten minutes to spare and they arranged the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen. They were even going to close because of an ice storm but came through for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful flowers & friendly people.
Flowers look beautiful but they didn't attach the note so the recipient had no idea who it was from or if it was for them at all. That was disappointing. The florist contacted me & was very professional and gracious in apologizing for the oversight and sent another bouquet with my note. Things happen and they made it right - so appreciate the customer care (rare in the world we live in) . This florist is the real deal - quality product & people. Thank you!
This looks like a quaint shop from the outside but is much larger than it appears! It is packed full of goodies such as facial creams & cleansers, unique jewelry, funny party napkins, assortment of clothing for women & children, kitchen accessories, decor, unique & fun pieces (better shown in the videos), purses, art, stuffed animals, cutlery, & a plethora of other glorious gifts! It is attached to the flower shop where the lovely florist was so helpful!! Grab a gorgeous small $25 gift and make someone’s day with a floral piece from their selection of daisies, roses, hydrangeas, & more! The abundance of unique cards is what got me to spend most of my money!! They also have the NEST diffusers & candles….mmmm!!! There were so many things to see while Audrey Hepburn smiles approvingly from above. Enjoy your time at this must see shop before or after you check out the chocolate & coffee shops!! Great way to spend my afternoon today!! Everyone was pleasant & accommodating even while they were hustling & bustling with their work!!! Great customer service which I always look for. Loved it!!
