Walked in and was received warmly. Appointments preferred with the online option...was about 8 barbers that seemed to really know what they are doing.
The guys were welcoming made me feel comfortable and as a big dude trying to get a hair cut that stuff matters ,Justin absolutely killed my cut he has my business for life now if you’re in between barber shops stop now come in and give them a shot you won’t be sorry!
Came in for my appointment with Adrian to get my bangs cut , I needed help getting the pin up style super straight bangs and he did an amazing job very affordable and the vibes were immaculate, everyone was so welcoming. Call to book in advance as well , Parking does suck but it is Long Beach so it’s to be expected (: thanks guys
Got a haircut from Igor. Haircut- 4/5: I asked for a one inch trim. The haircut I received was good, but wasn’t exactly what I asked for. He cut off more than an inch. Service- 1/5: The shop itself is quite nice, great interior. The other barbers in the shop were engaged in consistent conversation, which created a good atmosphere. My barber, Igor, who is labeled as a Senior Specialist on the website, meaning he has over 10 years over experience, was passive aggressive from the moment I sat down. I first gave him a rundown of how I wanted my hair. He was quite responsive and interrupted me while I was speaking says, “If you want an inch off give if an inch off”, in an aggressive tone. During the haircut he asked me 2 basic questions, which I answered, and to which he was unreceptive. I also asked him a few cordial questions and he ignored them. At the end of the haircut, I gave him a 25% tip. He took the tip and in said thanks in an unappreciative manner. I got the feeling from the beginning that he just wanted me to leave. The experience was not worth $75
Love this place! My barber Igor is the best! If you are looking for a traditional barber experience this is the place! Everyone is super friendly. I always leave super happy with my haircut.
