This spa promotes itself as highly experienced, but that was not my experience. What I went through was financially costly and permanently damaging to my skin. Going forward, I would only trust a truly qualified skin specialist, not a sales driven clinic pretending to be experts I was Roula’s client for over 2 years. I started with clear, healthy skin and only wanted mild tightening treatments. Over time, every visit turned into an upsell. When my skin began to worsen, Roula minimized my melasma and made it seem normal and easy to fix. I believed her until I sought a second opinion elsewhere and learned the treatments I was receiving were inappropriate and making the condition worse I am now left with severe, widespread melasma across my face and have to wear makeup daily to cover the damage, something I never needed before. Multiple reputable professionals later confirmed that the care I received was unsuitable for my skin type I referred many friends to this spa, but those referrals have stopped. Most of them were also disappointed and felt the results did not match what was promised. I also visited your former injector, Arnel, at the clinic he moved to. When I mentioned that all the good technicians have left the lounge , including yourself, Candice, and Britney, He shook his head in disappointment, making it very clear that the internal problems and lack of professionalism at this spa are well known and widely recognized within the industry.

Rola is one of the best aesthetic practitioners I’ve ever met in Canada. I’ve been to many different places for Morpheus, and she is absolutely the best. Don’t waste your money—go see her. Highly recommended for amazing results and top-notch customer service.

Went to these guys for 1 YEAR (12 sessions) and still have hair coming in. When I tried to explain that I’m feeling stuck with laser now Rola argued with me and tried claiming that I wasn’t showing up within the recommended time. When I send her receipts that I had been coming consistently she stopped replying. I’ve also had multiple scheduling issues with them. They seem good at first but it’s not worth it! The also don’t keep razors- I can’t reach all parts of my back and it’s sort of odd for a laser place…. They said theyd only shave it if I brought my own razor 😂 If you take a look at the one star reviews you’ll be able to see how argumentative the owner is. Not sure how their other services are, but wouldn’t recommend coming here for laser.

I had my first full-body laser session with The Lounge Medical Spa Edmonton in the last week of November. At the time of treatment, I had some fine hair on my fingers, and those hairs remain unchanged even after the session. I have been undergoing laser hair removal since 2022, and based on my past experience, the hair usually sheds after treatment and regrowth is noticeably reduced. This time, I did not experience any shedding or reduction. Other body areas were shaved prior to the appointment. I only had minimal hair in one underarm, as I have been doing laser hair removal for nearly three years. These hairs also showed no improvement. I shaved them before the session, but after the treatment, they grew back exactly the same, with no reduction at all. During the session, Lady Layal who did my treatment mentioned that she would perform the treatment quickly and efficiently, which she did perform quickly but results 0. My money got wasted. Absolutely no improvement. This business has no care for clients, i mssgd them 2 days back they read the message and absolutely no reply and no care

Amazing experience at The Lounge Medical Spa & Wellness. The space is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff are so friendly and professional. Roula was incredible, she was knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel completely comfortable. Everything felt clean and never rushed. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
