I’m honestly so confused about reviews here. I read most of the comments about how good a particular eyebrow technician was, and decided to book an appointment with her. I had been without waxing my brows for more than 4 years out of fear of damaging them. When I came in for my appointment, the technician didn’t even say a word to me. I said, "I know I have no shape, but I want to keep them as thick as possible"-no response from her. She started waxing right away. Big surprise: I left my appointment almost in tears because she decided to thin them a lot, even removing the whole tip of my eyebrow. While I was not expecting anything outstanding given the price, at least decent work from someone who dedicates themselves to this and offers the service. I am so sad and disappointed, as I cannot even fix them with makeup, since, as I mentioned, what she left as my eyebrow is a thin line, not even similar to the other one. The person in reception was kind enough to offer me some options, but I would definitely not trust this place or the reviews again.
This was hands down the best French tip manicure I’ve ever gotten, the shape is perfect, the tips are so clean and crisp, and everything looks incredibly polished and professional. The attention to detail was amazing, Betty is truly the best nail tech she’s so talented, patient, and makes sure everything is flawless before you leave. I would absolutely recommend everyone book with her, you will not be disappointed!
I just got my nails done by Betty and I am absolutely obsessed! She did such an amazing job — the shape, the colors, the little details, everything is perfect. I showed her a design I really wanted and she brought it to life even better than I imagined. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she was also so kind, patient, and professional the whole time. She made sure I was comfortable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and took her time to make every nail look flawless. I’ve gotten so many compliments already — especially on the flower and the gold detail. Betty is truly an artist. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, quality nails that actually last. Thank you, Betty! 💕✨
I’m not sure how to feel about this spa and probably won’t go again. I got cat-eye shellac on my natural nails and they looked beautiful at first (first pic), but not even a week later they started chipping (second pic). The spa is clean and the staff are very nice. They did offer to redo them for free, which I appreciated, but the redo wasn’t cat-eye, felt rushed due to time constraints, and honestly didn’t look good. I wasn’t happy with the final result.
I have to give a massive shout-out to Bobby at The Magic Room, the undisputed queen of brows. My eyebrows don’t just need shaping… they need industrial-strength intervention, and somehow she makes them look effortlessly flawless every single time. Bobby’s attention to detail is unreal, her technique is magic, and she always knows exactly what my chaotic brows need. If your eyebrows require a miracle, a rescue mission, or a full-scale renovation, go see Bobby. She’s the best in the business.
