Have yet to meet my lawyer in over a year. Have paid over 4,000 dollars and 600 and something for paperwork, and the only person I ever talk to are customer service representatives. Itd be great if i could get my money back but knowing them i wouldnt even get the time for a phone call with someone other than customer service representative. If i could give 0 starts i would. Find someone else! I AM A REAL "CLIENT". So do not try to pretend like im not!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to thank Mendoza’s Immigration Office, especially attorney Kevin Boyce, for their outstanding service. Kevin accompanied my husband to his immigration appointment and took great care of his case with professionalism and compassion. He was patient, thorough, and made sure every detail was handled correctly. Thanks to their fast and excellent service, my husband is now a U.S. citizen! We truly appreciate all their help and highly recommend Kevin and the entire Mendoza’s Immigration team!

I had tried to ask some basic questions to see if they could help someone I know that they refused to answer via email or on the phone. So, the person I tried to help had to miss some work in order to be free when the person we’d talk to was free. Turns out, after a somewhat lengthy phone convo, they couldn’t help us and us wasting our time could’ve probably been avoided. But, fine, all good- we ended the call and went back to our lives. Except, since then, I’ve been getting calls/texts from them again and again offering their services. I asked them to please stop contacting me and after they called more times I blocked their number, but they keep calling from new numbers. It is aggravating and I hope by leaving this review they will see this and stop.

Update: I’m changing my rating from a 1 star to a 5 star, as they have become more proactive in the case. It gets hard and frustrating when you’ve been waiting what feels like “forever” throughout the process, but I am thankful to Ms. Abril who has reached out in constant updates and has been so kind and helpful. Now the rest is in God’s hands. Save your money and look for a more reliable company. Do not believe these purchased reviews. Do not believe all their social media fame. They are unreliable, complete liars, and incompetent. They take your money and have you waiting over a year to simply submit your documentation. (It’s been a year and still waiting) Also, do not respond to this review saying I’m not a client because I have all proof I am. Completely disgusted of how your firm takes advantage of those who need it. Ahorren su dinero y encuentren un abogado más competente que está compañía. No le tomen la palabra a estos reviews comprados. No le crean a la fama de media sociales de ellos. Son mentirosos y incompetentes. Les quitan su dinero y los mantienen a uno esperando más de un año para meter todo el papeleo (y aún sigo esperando) Y no intenten de desmentirme porque tengo todas las pruebas de que soy cliente. Me da asco como toman ventaja de aquellos que los necesitan.
