Claire is the literal best. I was new to Pilates when I started with her. She is incredibly positive and motivating while also challenging you to go deeper in each workout. I am better mentally and physically as a result of my sessions with her. As I have grown in Pilates, she has been key to ensure proper form, safety, and progression. Now I can’t imagine not having Pilates and could not be more thankful for Claire!
Claire is an amazing teacher!! She meets you where you are and guides you through all the exercises with patience and encouragement. I always leave her studio feeling better mentally and physically. I am SOooo grateful to have found her. She teaches the classical Pilates method with so much attention to detail, it is just incredible. She is passionate about what she does and it shows.
