Not too happy with my experience. They worked fast, so fast that they left me before applying cuticle oil. I had to ask and someone else did it for me, but as if it wasn't part of the service. Got the gel x. Good product. But they lacked the attention to detail to ensure correct fit on some nails. Additionally they didn't push back any of the cuticles to maximise the life of the nails. A little disappointed given their social media presence and Google reviews.
Absolutely adore my gel-x extension nails from Teresa at The Nail Bar. Thank you so much, they look exactly as I wanted them and I loved your explanations through the whole process. I will definitely be back! :)

Thankyou to all the team at Nail Bar Indooroopilly for a year of BIAB journey in 2025. The whole team is so talented, creative and professional. It was lovely to stop in today for a Xmas set. Such good service - my app started exactly when it was scheduled despite being completely full and so busy…Tracy was amazing, so sweet and had insane attention to detail. She matched my inspo pic perfectly and was super understanding about one of my nails that needed special attention because my finger was burned when I was young. They were also doing free matchas and bringing them to every client’s which I thought was such a special touch. Can’t wait to book back in - absolutely worth all the 5 star reviews!
