This was my first visit, and everything was outstanding. Before the massage, Helen took the time to understand my areas of concern and what I was hoping to get out of the session. I came in with a pinched nerve in my neck, and she helped so much. It’s been 24 hours since the massage with the cupping add-on, and I’m already feeling a huge improvement. The atmosphere, staff, and overall energy were incredibly positive, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment.
I had a very disappointing experience at The NOW Massage in Phoenix. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff acted inconvenienced by our presence and seemed more focused on packing up to go home than providing customer service. My mom and I both felt rushed and unwelcome. The massage therapists also appeared disengaged and uncomfortable, almost as if they didn’t want to touch us. On top of that, services we specifically paid for were not properly delivered. We ordered a scalp treatment; my mom never received her add-on at all, and while I technically received mine, it consisted of a $15 CVS eye mask with little to no actual treatment. When we calmly explained our concerns to the front desk, the response was essentially “oh, sorry,” with no effort to make things right or show accountability. I spent over $200 to feel disappointed, uncomfortable, and literally poked rather than relaxed. A massage should feel restorative and welcoming; this experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.
My husband and I found this place after reading the many amazing reviews. We don’t live in this area, we were visiting family, and in desperate need of a massage after traveling. Unfortunately, the massages didn’t meet the standard we had hoped for (we both get regular massages). We booked for 50 minutes, knowing that would allow for one focused area. The pressure was much too light, too much oil was used, felt like a waste of time. I was really disappointed when the massage fell so short of what we had expected, I offered the feedback immediately to the reception employees. They were diligent in taking notes and offering to have management contact us. This was the very redeeming part of this entire experience. We felt heard & that our feedback was taken seriously to help improve future customer’s experiences. The manager reached out to us that same evening (on a Sunday). Which really shows me that they care about their guests. The overall ambience offers a Tulum inspired relaxing vibe & the massage therapist and reception staff was very kind. * I also want a note that we were about 10 minutes late because we got lost driving. The staff was very gracious and gave us detailed directions on how to find it within the shopping Area.
Tashiana is absolutely amazing!! Her craft is a work of art and she has the sweetest personality. All around just a 10/10 massage that eases every ounce of tension you could possibly have.
Bella at the front desk is so amazing and helpful, 10/10 experience. I felt like I was in an oasis of peace and tranquility! Thank you so much to Natasha by the way, made me feel so much better, I actually felt like I was walking without droopy shoulders for once!
