The customer service here was TOP NOTCH. Thank you to Abby, who greeted me when I walked in for my first appointment at her establishment. She genuinely made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I got my hair done with Mary, who was funny and smart, and knows what she’s doing. Very happy with my hair and looking forward to my next touch up.
Owner and stylist, Marissa, were absolutely patient with me when I was lost! Thirty minutes later, I arrived and had a great interaction. My hair damage created quite challenging to say the least. She was understanding and professional. My hair is fine. I’m transitioning to my natural color and have four or so inches of new growth. My goal is healthy, natural, light brown while maintaining some golden honeyed highlights. I’m confident we are getting there!! Thank you 🙏 Marissa and thank you to the owner as well. You didn’t need to accommodate my impolite delay in your schedules. Never again will that happen! It’s taken years to find someone who understands the importance of integrity. God bless you both!!
Parlor is an amazing hair salon with lovely ambience! My forever favourite hairstylist Torey Lavish is a true gem!! She takes great care of my vivid red hair and doing amazing braids! She is so knowledgeable on hair colour and always makes me smile after her treatments! 💙🤗 If you look for a hair salon in Huntsville and a hair stylist to do you awesome hair, check no other! ☺️
The Parlor is amazing! Abbie has been doing my hair since I moved here 5 years ago and has always done a fantastic job. I went from being a lifelong blonde to wanting to try something new and she knocked it out of the park! The atmosphere at the Parlor is top notch, every stylist there is incredibly talented and so friendly!
I have been going to Melissa Wilson (at The Parlor) for several years now, and she does amazing things with my naturally curly hair! If you have curly hair, then you know that not everyone can cut curly hair properly. Melissa is the best. She works magic with curly hair. My hair has been living its best life since I have been going to her! The Parlor has a very laid back atmosphere. If you are looking for a new hairstylist then I highly recommend that you go see Melissa Wilson at The Parlor, she is the best!
