We can’t say enough wonderful things about The Pavilion and their incredible staff! From the very beginning, they were so accommodating and understanding, especially as we tried to plan around a busy year. The team made our wedding day run so smoothly — we didn’t have to worry about a thing and could truly enjoy every moment. The event space itself is absolutely beautiful, but what really set The Pavilion apart for us was the staff. They genuinely cared about making our day special, and it showed in every detail. We’re so grateful for all their hard work and kindness — our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them! Our event date: 10.10.2025

Absolutely LOVED our experience at The Pavilion! Wedding planning can be so stressful and nerve-wracking, but every single person working here that we interacted with was helpful, chill, flexible, and excited for us. It felt very genuine and I never felt like we were being pushed to go over what was comfortable for our budget. The outdoor chapel is what got me - SO stunning and perfect for an outdoor ceremony. The junior ballroom was so fun as a photo/lounge area option and the reception hall is stunning. The vendors The Pavilion suggested were all phenomenal as well. I would choose this place over and over again!!!
This was our best wedding planning decision hands down. RUN, don’t walk, to the Pavilion!!! Firstly, the open air chapel and indoor spaces are gorgeous and spacious. You can rent your linens, chargers, centerpieces, etc. through them directly and you’ll even have a design consultation to plan out your tables and the room and a bar consultation to plan out your drink menu (including signature cocktails) because you get to stock your own bar! Their recommended vendors are fantastic and in general they’re wonderful at working with vendors- all of our vendors spoke highly and were excited to work with them again if they had previously. Which brings me to - the people!!! The Pavilion has the most amazing team that are so knowledgeable, passionate, and personable. If we ever had questions at any point in our planning process Evan, Stacie, and Kacie always had our backs. They ensured our wedding planning process and especially our wedding day was seamless and stress-free. I honestly can’t believe we had such an stress-free wedding day, but I know it was because of the Pavilion. Highly, highly recommend.
My husband and I were blown away by the Pavilion and the whole staff! They took care of us the whole 1.5 years that we were engaged and were always there to answer any question via email or phone. Everything turned out beautiful on the day of our wedding and they paid attention to every little detail that we wished for and envisioned. On the day of, they constantly were checking in with us to make sure we were doing good and if we needed anything. Destiny, our day of coordinator went above and beyond for us and we were so thankful for her. She made sure everything was set up perfectly for my type A bride self and made sure the day was going by so smoothly. We also had Evan, Taylor, and Stacey there the day of and they were amazing help as well! Evan kept the drinks flowing and Taylor and Stacey made sure everything was getting set up and communicated with vendors the day of. Our day was perfect and it wouldn’t have been possible without this amazing team. If you are looking for a venue that is not only gorgeous but also has people that deep down care for you and your day, book with them! You will not regret it! Thank you Pavilion Event Space team!
