Had a wonderful experience today! Two of our group were new to escape rooms, and they had an absolute blast. The game master, Sean, was super kind and offered support at the perfect times. This was my second time at this location and I will definitely be returning. The games are fun, but challenging, and the sets are amazing.

My family has done multiple escape rooms before, but recently had our first experience at The Perfect Escape. We did the Wongs Chinese room and it was great! It was so nice to have a theme that wasn't "you're about to be murdered". Working our way through the restaurant was super fun. The puzzles were innovative and a fair challenge, not to easy and not too hard. The effects all worked well. Our game master was excellent. He provided a great experience and a few perfectly timed nudges that didn't give us the answer, but got us back on track when we were getting stuck and frustrated. I highly recommend you try out this escape room.

We had our company Christmas party at The Perfect Escape and couldn’t have picked a better spot! We previewed all rooms, and they are all so well-made with every detail in mind! Our room, Mr. Wong's Restaurant, was cleverly challenging. Equal parts “we’ve got this” and “okay… maybe we don’t.” Joey and Sean took the experience to another level with their hilarious commentary and perfect timing, keeping us laughing even when we were overthinking every lock. It was fun, fast-paced, and a great team-bonding experience. We’re already excited to come back and see if we can beat another room!

this place was soooo freaking fun! for context, myself, my husband, and my 8yo son came here (we’re from missouri - here on a weekend trip) looking for something fun and mentally stimulating, and most importantly, not super raucous (we’re tired, okay? 😆) the team that works there were so friendly and super fun. this was our first ever escape room, and we chose the pharaohs tomb - as someone whose been hyperfixated on ancient egypt since childhood - and it was such a good time!! the puzzles are challenging but not impossible, we did ask for some help a couple times. our game master did great giving helpful clues and keeping the excitement high. highly recommend! locally owned and operated (like it needed to get any better). shout out to the employees, they were great, and we will likely return every time we come back to visit the dallas area!

This is a review for the Wong's Chinese room. Had heard much about it. And we saw why! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, impressed by the set design, immersion, props, and variety of puzzles. You step into what is a replica of an authentic Chinese restaurant. It's a challenging room for sure, favoring non-linear gameplay with a group of 5-6 (private experience). Doable with 4 adept players but parallelism and good momentum are needed in this one. There is no stated pre-game mission or a defined starting point. You figure it out in-game. Observation is key. Our GM was friendly and helpful - following our game and providing helpful nudges. Although there are unlimited hints, you get 3 if you want your completion time to be eligible for the leaderboard. Hints were a mix of automated and typed out (on screen). We appreciated when the GM paused the timer when something long had to be typed out manually by him. From this positive experience, we will be back to play their other rooms.
