I used Pet Sitter of Boise to care for my cat Rory during a 2-week vacation. I had never left Rory for that long before and I was really apprehensive about doing so, but all my fears were put to rest as soon as I got my first visit report. Robin sent detailed reports every day, including multiple photos, telling me all about how Rory was doing and what they did during her visits, whether it was just sitting and giving her scratches or playing with a toy. Robin clearly showed so much care and love for Rory and gave her a lot of attention every day. She also noted things she’d done around my home, like litter robot updates and bringing in mail. I missed Rory a lot while I was away, but I felt SO reassured with Robin caring for her—it was so clear from her notes that she was treating Rory with as much love and affection as she would her own pet. I also very much appreciated that they did a “get to know you” visit prior to leaving to make sure they knew how to do everything, as well as their backup system for home keys and the vetting they do of their employees. I think these services are well worth the cost and will absolutely be using them for cat sitting in the future!

We have used the Pet Sitter for about 2 years and have been so impressed with there care of our senior cat. They try to send the same sitter for you, but they are all awesome. The app is so easy to use for booking, payments, and messaging. It’s so helpful to know our cat and home is taken care of when we are away.

I have been working with The Pet Sitter for a short time. However, I am extremely impressed with their service so far. The communication has been outstanding from every single person who stops by our home and our pets are obviously loved and well cared for. We just got home from a 5 day vacation where we did their "almost overnight" service. I was nervous and didn't know exactly what to expect. The team from The Pet Sitter gave me very regular, detailed updates and took great care of my dogs and my cat. I really feel like they went above and beyond what I expected. Long story short, if you're on the fence, hire them. They are wonderful and we'll be using them for all of our needs going forward.

my cat is relatively easy to take care of. but I am a helicopter cat parent who’s never ever had a pet before getting this princess 5 years ago, and who’s never hired a pro pet sitter. the attention to detail and excellent communication I observed and experienced, from onboarding to the actual sitting was genuinely so impressive. the owner, the admin, the 2 sitters assigned this time around, & the very nice app — this business is a well-oiled machine, and it was so lovely to experience such peace of mind while my partner and I were on vacation. I am likely making these guys my default pet sitters going forward.
