I boarded my dog for 18 days with Pet Inn Hotel in Rhapsody Dr in San Antonio. It was a wonderful experience for my senior dog and for me. They sent me pictures and updates on the status. The facility has several types of accommodations for pets and is kept clean. The cost is reasonable and the care outstanding. My dog is happy and healthy. They also speak fluent Spanish and English. It was a great experience.
You can tell they love animals. I have been boarding my pups for the last 4 years when we go out on vacation and they are so well taken care of. I highly recommend ✨️
They are truly amazing here. I’ve never taken Beanz anywhere else and I know he will ok. They even socialize my 8 year old beagle. I love it! He’s always so happy.
They go above and beyond for their customers. I have a 7 month year old American hairless terrier. I was so nervous leaving him, but they made sure I was aware of everything. The prices also are amazing ! They let them out every hour. And kept me updated 🙏 all the staff is friendly. Thank you for making me feel at ease.
I found Pets Inn at the last minute and was first and foremost looking for a place that wouldn’t bankrupt me esp in this economy. Price: by far the best in price for value and service, as well as location! Please don’t change your prices! Incredible value. Service: above and beyond - provided multiple pictures at different times of the day and answered any and all questions or concerns we had. Extremely responsive and communicative. For the 5 days we boarded (4 dogs and 1 cat) - there was an update for every single day. I never had to worry about them from moment of drop off. Very accommodating and provided me all my bowls back. Location: easy to access and slightly tucked away. Highly recommend giving this place a chance. They were very understanding of all my pets needs and the fact my cat opened up and ate on the first day is a telling sign. She hasn’t been known to do that - so even just for that - Thank you Pets Inn for being a ‘home away from home’ enough that my cat did not stress out once. We will be back for future boarding needs! (Included 2 photos of 2 of my fur babies exclusively from Pets Inn! thank you again!)
