By far the best studio for all Pilates levels. I’ve been coming here for years and have taken almost all instructors and all are amazing. Recently I’ve been loving Jasmine Moustafa because she guides me through prenatal changes and has the perfect voice and pace. 10/10 recommend
Wow…simply amazing. There are not enough words to express how welcomed I felt when I attended my first class today. The vibes were amazing and the instructor Katya was incredible. She really cared to correct ur form and push u harder. The class was tough but Katya made sure to encourage everyone to shake it off and keep going. She was so professional and friendly. The space is small but I love that bc it makes it feel more intimate. I honestly had the best experience I’ve had in a minute. I will be coming back. Thank you Pilates Cave Team for making me feel so welcomed!! You deserve so many more clients and to expand the brand and open more locations ☺️🧡
I love this studio so much! I started the unlimited monthly in January and it’s the best decision I’ve made all year. Each instructor has a little different vibe comparatively which makes it easy for everyone to find a class they enjoy. Sophie, Jasmine, Tyra, and Barb are some of my favorite instructors. I also love the LED Sauna they have available to book online as well. Would definitely recommend ☺️
I cannot even begin to explain how fabulous this place is! I went for my first time this morning and am so sad that I cannot go again on my trip this time! I will 100% be back however and am so happy to say that that my class this morning has sparked my love for Pilates. I’m so grateful for Janiece for being the sweetest and most helpful instructor and making my experience the best it could be! Thank you so much! ❤️
I absolutely love going to Pilates Cave! It is an absolutely beautiful space with such positive and uplifting energy. The workouts there are not only effective but also so much fun. I find myself craving my sessions at the studio, which is something I've never experienced before with other Pilates studios. One of the biggest reasons for my enjoyable experience at Pilates Cave is the owner and instructor, Sophie. She is incredibly sweet, and her knowledge and expertise in Pilates are evident in every class. Sophie has a way of making each session enjoyable and engaging, which keeps me motivated throughout. Overall, I cannot recommend Pilates Cave enough. It's a truly fantastic studio with a wonderful atmosphere and a fantastic instructor. If you're looking for a Pilates studio that will not only give you great results but also leave you wanting more, Pilates Cave is the place to be!
