Special shoutout to Ash who made our experience wonderful. It was for my partners birthday and couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. Only qualm is that our sauna room just didn’t get hot enough, a lot of heat is able to escape as there’s a small gap in the door. Other than that, great experience and would recommend to anyone celebrating a special occasion
The private spa was an amazing experience! We do the express spa which was an amazing experience and plenty of time to relax and unwind. A special thank you to Sarah who looked after us the entire time. Excited to go back 😁
The Private Spa was a fantastic experience. I was ecstatic when my wife gave me a wonderful two hours on my birthday. ASH, one of the staff members, is also very amiable and has a nice smile. I'm really impressed by the seclusion, which feels like it's just my wife and me, and the calm atmosphere.
We had such a lovely spa day! Ash was such a welcoming face on the front desk, we didn't want to leave! Will will be back for sure!
We booked a two-hour private session which included a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room. It was the largest room available and a fantastic experience overall. Unfortunately, the steam room in our suite wasn’t working, but that seemed like a one-off issue and I’m confident it’ll be working next time. We were able to use another steam room, which was excellent. Our host, Ash, was absolutely amazing—he really made the experience even better. Highly recommend checking this place out, 10/10!
