I was referred to John Capella by a close friend and it was a perfect match. He went to work for me immediately. After the fairly sudden passing of my mom, it was time to sell her house. I wanted to sell quickly as it was the final part of her estate and my family was ready for that closure. John showed up ready to go and had people lined up to view the house before it was even on the market. Eventually we found the perfect buyer and sold at asking price for cash. John was so responsive no matter the time of day, always willing to meet me wherever and explained the whole process in terms a construction guy could understand. He really made a hard time in my family’s life a lot less stressful and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

We were fortunate to find Ron while we were looking at homes in villas area. We found a great place. Ron helped walk us through negotiating when needed and helping soothe our nerves when we were stressing during the process. We also had Ron sell our home coordinating with his team and timing it out perfectly . All in all our buying and selling process couldn’t have went smoother which meant a lot leaving our home of 23 years and moving into our new dream home.
