When a business calls to ask if you will delay your appointment by 30 minutes, you adjust and wait-understandable. At the end of that 30-minute delay, they call again-this time to cancel the appointment altogether, after you have already been sitting waiting an hour. That is not just inconvenient, it is unprofessional. People rearrange work schedules, family responsibilities, and personal time for their appointments. Proactive, respectful communication should come before a customer spends an hour waiting. Professionalism matters. Respecting people’s time matters.

I had my first visit today at the Refinery Med Spa. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I walked in the door, everything was wonderful; the people, the services, the atmosphere! As a new resident of the area, it’s been very hard to find providers to replace the ones I left behind…but I have found my new happy place!! Thank you everyone at the Refinery Med Spa for your kindness and services today!! (I made my next appointment before I left today!) 🙂

I saw Nicole today for Dysport! She was amazing- she spend time listening to my needs and helping me come up with a plan. She was quick and no bruising- yay. They immediately asked about my Aspire rewards so I didn't miss out! Overall I felt like they cared about not only taking care of me but helping me to maximize points, specials, and other deals to make it affordable.
