Had the Desert ritual done with Justin. He’s very kind but even while communicating pressure. I couldn’t feel comfortable it’s as if he could find a stable rhythm for massage. I also had to remind him what’s in the service… it’s like he was aloof to the fact & the description of the exfoliation etc you would think it would be done before moisturizing as depicted but this was done at the very end. Not sure if I would go back nor recommence the same servicer. Spent $300 for a service I wasn’t fully satisfied with, but out of “try effort” only reason why I paid that day. Services also close at 5pm, late massages should be allowed to be open till at least 7pm for guests.

Beautiful spa and incredible therapists. I agree that you can go to other spas that have a lot of things to do, classes ,etc.This is getting your services steaming going in the sauna.Being in the insidity, edge pool and getting lunch. You can hike on the grounds if you like.But it's not lots of classes and things like that.it's much more relaxing and everything was incredibly well done and top notch.

This resort was in such a remote area that it made it feel very exclusive and quiet! The food I. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and the rooms were top notch. Everyone was very attentive with service as well! I was here for work so I didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities. And it was “off season” in August so the rates were great!!

The spa at Ritz-Carlton dove mountain is the best. The spa is one of the most beautiful spas i been in. The spa have a ladies side and a guy side so you can relax and enjoy and it also have a coed pool out outside with cabanas too. If you ever go to the Ritz-Carlton in dove mountain you must visit the spa and get a massage.

We had an amazing time at Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain. To start off, our room was upgraded at check in by Elias Pizano. He was so kind and helpful at check in… very pleasant reception after a long trip from Florida. The room was beautifully appointed and the view breathtaking. The pool area was our favorite stop. I have to mention Anna and Ivan at the pool. They were both always available and friendly. We also had the chance to meet Ron, our hiking guide, he was very informative and pleasant. And on our last day, we met Lucinda at the to go cafe. She was so sweet and made the best iced coffee to our daughter. This place is amazing, but the staff certainly makes it unforgettable. Don’t think twice. Book your next trip to Dove Mountain!
