I want to leave a neutral review, but unfortunately Google requires selecting a star rating. My three-star rating is based on the following experience. Please understand that I know this is a small business, and I am not trying to harm anyone’s reputation—just sharing an honest review from my own personal experience. I attended a hot yoga class, and it did not reflect a typical hot yoga experience. The room was not heated to what is generally expected for hot yoga (around 105 degrees). At other studios, I usually begin sweating within the first few minutes; however, during this 60-minute class, I did not break a sweat at all. No exaggeration. It was very much typical “warm” vinyasa heat (not even heated vinyasa). While the class followed the traditional 26+2 sequence, the temperature did not align with a true Bikram-style hot yoga class. Given the $25 drop-in price, this felt somewhat misleading. The studio is very close to my home, so it’s disappointing that it doesn’t meet my needs for a traditional hot yoga/Bikram practice. I hope this feedback helps, thank you.
Finally a GEM of ZEN in Fountain!! What a wonderful atmosphere the owner has created; calm and inspiring. Great instructors and variety of classes, makes you wanting to come back for more!
This beautiful studio/plant shop offers a variety of classes, and the teachers are personable and professional. The owner goes out of her way to remember your name and welcomes feedback on her instruction. If you are looking for a friendly, welcoming place to practice yoga, I highly recommend checking out The Rooted Rose. And grab yourself a plant while you're at it!
I absolutely love the Rooted Rose. Every instructor is amazing and takes interest in where you are at in your practice helping you succeed in your class. The vibes are amazing and so welcoming making you feel like you belong in a community. 10 out of 10 Recommend checking this place out!
