My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our wedding at The Sanctuary by Wedgewood Weddings. As a working couple, we needed a venue that was professional and efficient, and Wedgewood’s modular planning experience was a total game-changer. It allowed us to customize our dream day without the stress of managing dozens of outside vendors. The venue itself is stunning, but the staff truly made the night. Our Day-of Coordinator, Fumi, was absolutely incredible—she kept everything running like clockwork and ensured we didn't have to worry about a single detail. Our Banquet Captain, Sam, was equally amazing, providing top-tier service and making sure we (and our guests) were well taken care of all night. If you want a beautiful, seamless, and stress-free wedding, book The Sanctuary. Huge thanks to Fumi, Sam, and the whole team!
I never believed people when they’d say their wedding day was the best day of their life but here I am, saying it was the best day of my life! Thank you to the sanctuary team, we are so happy and the day was perfect! The staff was helpful, friendly and experienced. Madi was an amazing coordinator, fumi and Olivia are amazing as well and helped us make many decisions! They thought of everything and I couldn’t have done it without them. Will miss this team so much & I’m so grateful for everyone at the sanctuary for making our dreams come true 🤍
Having our wedding at The Sanctuary with Wedgwood was the perfect match! From start to finish, the team made the planning process so manageable. The binder they provided and the regular check-ins kept us on track, and no matter how many questions we had or unique ideas we threw their way, planners like Fumi, Olivia, and Amanda always found ways to help. On the big day, the venue delivered exactly what we wanted. We loved the historic church vibe, and having both the ceremony and reception in one location made everything easier for us and our guests. Fumi was an absolute rockstar. She was our quarterback throughout the day, making sure everything ran smoothly on our packed schedule. Leading up to the wedding, she kept it real with us — helping us cut through the noise and focus on what actually mattered. The food? Incredible. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it, and honestly, neither could we. Working with Gio, The Sanctuary’s DJ, was effortless. Even with the extra asks we had, like coordinating live performers (singers, a pianist, and a bassist), he handled it all seamlessly. We’d recommend The Sanctuary to anyone — whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a big celebration like ours with 200 guests. They can do it all!
Fumi was absolutely amazing during the whole planning process!! I couldn’t ask for a better coordinator!! She truly was the best friend I needed in thid entire wedding process! From staying on the phone with me to hash out family drama, to going over last minute checklists, Fumi was right by my side through it all 🥹. This venue truly is the most beautiful! Hidden gem in Long Beach and their prices/all inclusive packages are perfect!! All of my guests commented on how beautiful the day was, as well as how great Dj Gio & all the staff were! The food is also fantastic! If you are an engaged couple and are look into wedgewood, I would HIGHLY suggest the sanctuary! I’ve included some photos below!! 🥰
Everything about The Sanctuary by Wedgewood Weddings was exactly what I hoped for and more! The whole team was so friendly, responsive, flexible and organized! I felt so at ease knowing they were there helping keep things in order. Olivia was my day of coordinator and she was absolutely amazing, our wedding day could not have went smoother. I was also very impressed by DJ Gio as he was able to get everyone on the dance floor and keep them there! Our banquet captain Cloye was so sweet and attentive, making as feel truly cared for on the day. Furthermore every single one of their vendors were fantastic. Our cake from Torrence bakery was not only beautiful but was also delicious and received many compliments. The flowers from Little Blue Hummingbird exceeded my expectations and Annie was so personable and easy to work with! Overall it was the perfect day! I received so many compliments from guests on every detail from the food, to the beautiful venue!
