So easy to schedule. Perfect location. Beautiful and clean facility. Most importantly, Abby did a wonderful grooming job on our two Shih Tzus. Since this was their first time there, the intake person asked several questions concerning preferences and needs for our pups.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! I dropped four of my babies off this morning, and I can honestly say I am beyond pleased. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. You can immediately tell they genuinely love animals and take pride in what they do. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but my babies came out looking AND feeling amazing. Their coats were clean, soft, shiny, and perfectly groomed—but most importantly, they were happy, calm, and stress-free. As a dog mom, that means everything to me. Fantastic service on every level! Brought my dog, Kaia, here for shedding and a bath. She was so happy when I picked her up after her service. A clear indication the service providers were kind and gentle with her, while doing an outstanding job. Kaia smelled incredible and her hair was so soft. They were able to shed a considerable amount of her undercoat. They even filed her nails as part of the service and she got a beautiful, colourful complimentary bandana. I highly recommend The Shaggy Pup Pet Spa for your animal's grooming needs!

We took our girl mocha here for the first time & are so happy! She is a bit skiddish at the groomer but they worked with her and made her feel homey. Can’t recommend this place enough! They also sell homemade snacks, cute collars, leashes and toys in house!

The Shaggy Pup Pets Spa did an amazing job on Lucky’s first groom. They greeted him so calmly and gently and made him feel comfortable. Natalia did an amazing job on his grooming! They even gave him a sweet little fall bandana to wear. He is so adorably handsome! I HIGHLY recommend them for your dog’s grooming needs!
