You get what you pay for! Not bad but not great! It’s a bit cookie cutter & Felt like treatments were with new employees & rushed! Not a luxury experience! I got a massage and a facial and it was OK, nothing memorable. The amenities were lacking & shower broken. Won’t be back.
Neechelle Hurn was AMAZING! I have Lupus and she definitely gave me everything I needed and I feel GREAT! I loved my facial and full massage. DEFINITELY going back! She’s mobile too, LOVE HER! Thee best service!
Had the 50 minutes massage. The place is super small. The pool is closed for the season and they don't have a jacuzzi. The masseuse had the coldest hands and oil. I had to go to McDonald's afterwards for coffee because I was so cold. I was so disappointed and couldn't wait for it to end.
We came as three girlfriends for Swedish massages and had a wonderful experience! Honestly, for this level of service at this price--it's unbelievable. The jacuzzi was out of service during our visit, but if it's as good as everything else here, I can only imagine it's pure paradise when running. The sauna and steam room were spotless, with a refreshing eucalyptus mist. The relaxation room offered delicious tea, tasty snacks, and super comfortable lounge beds. The service was perfect from start to finish. The front desk host was so kind and attentive--helping us with everything. I especially remember the iced face towels: we took some before the steam, and within minutes after returning, they had already been refilled fresh and cold. The showers and getting-ready area are stocked with everything you could possibly need--shaving cream, hair ties, and all the little hygiene items you might forget. Robes were luxuriously soft, and the sheets on the massage tables felt heavenly. Now, the massage itself deserves its own praise. My therapist was Mercedes, and my friends raved just as much about theirs. They were polite, caring, and attentive. My massage was soft and gentle yet deeply relaxing and toning. Mercedes even took special care with my head massage--such a treat! The adjustable massage chair made every position perfectly comfortable. I was so relaxed that after the massage, I had a moment of forgetting where I was... then remembered, I'm in Vegas, and I just had the most amazing massage ever. Highly recommend this spa for anyone wanting to truly unwind and feel pampered.
Stopped by to enjoy the day spa before heading back home. With a $100+ spa service, you'll get to enjoy the spa for the day. It includes a sauna, steam room, hot tub and lounge area. The massage was really nice, just what I needed. The tables are heated. The rooms are a good temperature. The massage therapist was fantastic. The space is very clean and relaxing to be in.
