I was disappointed with this experience . I had booked it after doing consultation with Oscar. I get there at the designated time on the big day and Oscar was working on someone already. I understand appointments go over and I didn’t mind waiting. He then has a newbie do highlights on my hair. It wasn’t what I had expected. He only came over every so often to check on me and didn’t do anything with my hair…Anyway, I found another salon with amazing reviews and was told whoever did my highlights prior messed me up big time and it wasn’t properly done. I was so disappointed with my entire experience here as I really had my hopes up seeing all the reviews.

Paid $350 + tip for a curly cut and highlights looking for a new salon to call home. I requested a honey color but with very dark hair - it did not come out as I wanted, and took longer than expected. Stylist Laiza was 10/10 - she asked the manager if I could come back to get a re-touch done to get to the color desired and he said no. It would be considered a new service. 😲 That's disappointing considering that is not what most salons do - that I'm aware of anyway - others allow for at least one return especially to new customers. Liza was great - but with the owner being so rigid, this is not the place for me especially with my dark hair. I know building a relationship with a stylist takes time and patience to get to a place where the service becomes routine - I can't take that chance here.

Let's start with a bang: THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST HAIR SALON I'VE EVER BEEN TO! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff genuinely love their work, and it shows how cordial and happy they are to see you. I had a challenge where I wanted to change my hair color completely and was quite anxious about it. Oscar and his team were incredibly supportive and reassured me every step of the way. The result is amazing! I'm thrilled with my new look and couldn't be happier with my choice to go to The Studio O. I strongly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a haircut or hair color transformation.

I’m so glad I found Steve at The Studio O. I am extremely particular about my highlights and he has consistently done a beautiful job. Bonus - not only is my hair a bright, beautiful blonde color… it’s super shiny, manageable and healthy! It took me 7 years (since moving to California from Minnesota) to find someone who could highlight my hair while keeping it healthy. The cost is also very reasonable for such skilled hair stylists. Thank you, Steve, and everyone at The Studio O!

Ah... Wenn ich an The Studio O denke, fühle ich Behaglichkeit, Erleichterung und eine tiefe Wertschätzung! Zwei Wochen vor meiner Hochzeit beschloss ich, balyage machen zu lassen, und der Großteil meines unbehandelten Haares wurde leuchtend orange. Natürlich bin ich ausgerastet. Ich habe mein Haar mit Kokosöl eingerieben und zur Arbeit einen Hut getragen. Zum Glück konnte Oscar mich noch dazwischen schieben und verwandelte dieses Kürbis in eine Prinzessin, genau rechtzeitig für meine Hochzeit - mein Haar aufhellen und tönen, nicht nur einmal, sondern ZWEIMAL. Er hörte nicht auf, bis es perfekt war. Er hat sich auch mit einem Coloristen für eine zweite Meinung beraten. Ich wusste, dass ich in guten Händen war. Ich fühlte mich wie eine Königin vom Moment an, als ich das Studio betrat. Alle Stylisten wussten, wovon sie redeten und waren so energiegeladen und freundlich! Wenn du auf der Suche nach einem hochwertigen Haarschnitt in einer bodenständigen und freundlichen Umgebung bist, schau nicht weiter. Danke Studio O, dass ihr mir das Platin meiner Träume gegeben habt!
