The UPS Money Back Guarantee is inaccurate. If a package is not delivered on time, customers cannot file claims themselves and must rely on the UPS Store to submit a claim on their behalf. Claim updates are not provided unless the customer proactively contacts the UPS Store or calls customer service. If a claim is denied, there is no way to challenge the decision. The UPS Store may say they are helping, but there is no way for customers to verify that any action is actually being taken. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle, use the Post Office instead.

Bought stamps on a Friday and went back the very next day to return due to getting more than needed. Was told by associates to come back Monday when management was in to see about return, as they did not have the authority to make the return transaction. Came back on a Monday just to be told it is not doable. Management never came to speak with me despite being asked to speak with them. Was never notified of stamps being non refundable. Receipt even states that only items with NR were non refundable, which this purchase did not have. Terrible service and ridiculous excuse for not being able to refundable: “we just can’t.” Do better, UPS management and staff at this location.

There is an extremely rude employee named Gabriel who is a Hispanic male with the long curly hair. The employee named Gabriel never greets me but will greet every other customer. When I came in again today, he still never greeted me. I asked him, "How come you greet every customer except me?" His response was inappropriate and unprofessional to me. He said "That's a load of bull crap!" and walked away. Gabriel has extremely poor customer service and is rude, unprofessional immature. The other white guy with glasses in the photo doesn't care either and is apathetic.

Blanca and team at UPS store 7512 went above and beyond to help us with an event for this weekend. I'm so glad I have a place to praise their teamwork and product! Well done!

This UPS location is hands down one of the best in the area. Every time I visit for a drop off, the employees always make me feel welcomed. The store is clean and everyone seems like they enjoy working here. I've been going to this location for over 4 years now. The location is easy to get to with plenty of parking spots. People are working fast and effective. Chelsea is one of the best employees. She always greets customers with a big smile and a positive attitude. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe that a business as quick and high traffic like post offices, shipping companies, etc. tend to make people feel stressed since everyone just wants to drop the packages off and leave as fast as possible. Of course there are a few incidents that things go not so well, but as a long time customer--I have absolutely no notes. I pray that they are here to stay because we need a place as simple as a shipping "spot" that makes us feel like home. Thank you for your hard work and know that you are all appreciated.
