My boyfriend and I went in to get some creatine. We weren’t sure what would be best for us so we were googling and trying to figure out what’s best for Jessi stepped in and gave us so much information. She was very knowledgeable and made our experience memorable. We will only be going to this Vitamin Shoppe for now on. Jessi was amazing.

came in to return an item I bought just yesterday, and the associate Michael was incredibly rude. They didn’t have another items was interested in so I needed to make the return. He acted as if the refund would be coming out of his paycheck. I expected basic courtesy at the very least, but was met with attitude.

I went to a supplement store to buy a product, the time of the payment the employee said : “if you are going to pay with card I can help you, if not go with the other employee.” I wasn’t fully sure soo I said “yeah I might paid in cash or card. The employee was storing protein bars at that time.. Then I curiously ask the same employee “ can I know how much is the total?” She answered “ you can see the total with the other employee it’s the same total.” I answered, I might pay in card that’s why I want to see the total. *I had to explain myself in order for her to attend me soo she start to attend me and doesn’t seems much excited to help me or do her job. She continues and offer a promo discount for this order.. I asked “I’m going to pay anything to sign up for it or any subscription?” She try’s to go around with the question to manipulate exactly what I wants to know. At the end it was a subscription, automatically payment, but she said I could cancel any time before it, During of the conversation I let her know that I’m just making a simple question to know exactly what I’m sign for and she doesn’t have to give me attitude to just answer simple questions, she judge my ascent, soo I mentioned she was being racist , because I perfectly understand her English and the attitude she was putting into the situation. At the end she put my wife into the conversation and put myself as the crazy one.. I told I’m not normalizing your behavior and attitude, that’s the only thing here. And I proceeded my payment process with other costumer. I went there with one goals to buy my product, but encounter a person that seems like short temper do her job to a person she perceives low class. I’m not sure if it’s something conscious or unconscious. I’m not stressed , I just speak up to myself in situations of disrespect.
