I had absolutely amazing experience with Mitra. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so relaxed, safe, and completely at ease with her calm and caring presence. I had a Hollywood wax and underarms, and the service was professional, gentle, and done with so much attention to detail. The results are flawless. My skin feels unbelievably smooth and well cared for. This was such a luxurious experience and I left feeling confident, comfortable, and glowing. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend booking with Mitra if you want premium results and exceptional care.
Mitra was excellent. Super quick, comfortable, I literally had zero issues. Really happy with her work. Everything felt clean and private, made waxing less scary. Definitely returning. Thank you again.
If you want to feel pampered, avoid. I'd give the experience itself 1 star, and the results 3 stars. I had eyebrow shaping and tinting (they thinned my brows too much) and LVL (they gave my eyelashes a totally generic shape and used a medium shield when I typically use a large). Experience-wise, expect lots of noise, the stylist coming in and out of the room. It might be good for you if you don't mind the experience too much and aren't looking for spa-like vibes.
Such a welcoming environment with excellent customer service. Mitra is incredibly professional and really makes you feel comfortable. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!
Had a great experience with Ivana! Talked me through the process, explained what she is about to do at each step. Asked me if i liked the result and if not she can fix it. She was very nice and friendly. Will book another appointment for sure in the future! :)
