So I think the doctor the veterinarian was ok but the young ladies work in the front desk, are actually pretty awful, very rude disrespectful? I did not care of what my concerns other than that. I'm still waiting for my puppy to heal. Then, I want to know more about how I feel. I cannot recommend this place or recommend

Took Maverick in for a consultation with Dr. Gary Thompson. From start to finish the entire staff team and Dr. Thompson treated us like family. Didn’t feel rushed and was able to ask all the questions I had while getting explanations my simple mind could understand. He even referred to Maverick as a child not just a K-9. Surgery is scheduled and I have no worries or doubts that Maverick is in excellent hands and will receive the best care out there. Thank you to the entire West Suburban staff. You all are truly amazing.

All I can say is FANTASTIC! The nature of the Clinic/Hospital is so very caring, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable when it comes to pet care. My visit with Belle (cat) was extremely efficient and affordable. Their use of technology and medical expertise was refreshing. Dr. Rosebrock and the staff provided the care that I was hoping Belle would receive.

They did surgery on my dog's ACL and the doctor was awesome and so friendly and loving to my dog and his staff was just as wonderful

I recently just moved and am in the process of finding a new vet and I really wanted to leave a great review for West Suburban. It was the first and only vet I took my first dog to, so I never really had an idea of what a vet is like. However, now that I am trying to find a new one I realize how amazing this vet truly is! Every vet and tech we have seen over the last 4 years has been so kind and helpful. They were ALWAYS honest and always wanted to try options that were simpler/cheaper before jumping into a more expensive option. My dog is high energy and has anxiety and they were always so understanding and treated her so well. They have the cleanest vet office I have ever visited and they have great options for an anxious pup like mine, like a room with no windows and a back door entrance. I am going to miss them and highly recommend!

We were referred here by our current vet d/t knee & ACL issues with our 2 year old pit bull. We scheduled a consultation and I was extremely happy with the Dr.’s less invasive approach and was pleasantly surprised to have him NOT recommend surgery at this time❤️
