Totally dehumanizing experience. As a black woman, I was blatantly followed and closely watched as I walked through the store full of other customers. It seemed like racial profiling to an almost absurd degree.

I visited this store and have never been so uncomfortable shopping. The owner spent the whole time bragging about all the stars that have shopped in the store, yet gave me no service. A local was shopping in the store at the same time. The owner continually bragged about her store, products, longevity, etc., to me the whole time. Yet, only waited on the local resident! I tried on a couple things from double D ranch. However, I was so uncomfortable in the store between the boasting owner and unfriendly local; I decided the Double D jacket and skirt I wanted I could find in Texas. Double D is a Texas company, and I am sure I can find the same product with much better, friendlier service in Texas. I could not buy a thing for the owner more interested in bragging about her store, longevity, stars that have purchased “her”products (which are actually “double D’s” products) not hers! Double D I would recommend you reevaluate your relationship with this store. If this was my first experience with your product, I would never buy it based on the arrogant owner, rude local and lack of compassionate service! I got much better service at the Houston rodeo with your product! This boutique store does not deserve to carry your products. I hope that no one has the same experience in the store that I had! It was the most unpleasant experience I have had shopping in numerous years! I am Dallas resident that was shopping for clothing for the Cattle Barron’s ball!
