Normally I love this store. In the past, their staff has been friendly and helpful but the tall, dark haired woman today was very rude. I asked for help to try to find a type of wine that I do not typically go for she rolled her eyes and huffed at me. She then proceded to show me all of the cheapest bottles available rather than asking for a price range. She also tried to lump all of what I was asking for into one bottle when I had specifically expressed that I was planning to buy multiple since I was trying to cater to different tastes. Like I said, usually the staff is great but this specific person came off very snooty. I would have bought more if they had been willing to put in a little more effort.
We love coming here and in no small part due to Montana. We try and make every wine tasting we can, we love coming in for a recommendation, and the 6 bottles for $65 is the best deal around in terms of quality and quantity. All the staff is excellent but Montana is truly a gem. I have yet to have a bad bottle here and every experience is positive.
My experience at The Wine Gallery was simply fantastic from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is sophisticated yet comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass (or a bottle!) of wine. The selection of wines is incredible—there's something for every palate, from well-known classics to unique and exciting finds. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, offering excellent recommendations without being pretentious. They took the time to understand my preferences and guided me to a wine I absolutely adored. We also ordered a few of their small plates, and they were the perfect complement to our drinks. Everything was fresh and delicious. Whether you're a seasoned wine connoisseur or just looking for a lovely place to enjoy a drink with friends, The Wine Gallery is a must-visit. The ambiance, the quality of the wine, and the exceptional service all combine to create a truly memorable experience. I can't wait to go back! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I absolutely love this wine store! I go out of my way to drive across town just to shop here. The selection is fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable. What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. Montana is truly exceptional—her knowledge of wine is impressive, and you can tell she’s genuinely passionate about what she does. She always makes sure to help me make informed choices without ever making me feel talked down to. Employees like Montana are what make this business so special and stand out from the rest. Thank you for being such an amazing team!
The Wine Gallery is the place to be on Friday afternoons. They have a free wine tasting and pairing every Friday starting at 3:00. They have an excellent selection of wines and their staff is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their wines. The wine tasting is a great way to try new wines that you normally might not have otherwise tried.
