Took a pair of curtains to be altered and they did an absolutely fabulous job. It did take 3 weeks but well worth the wait as they are the perfect length and look absolutely stunning. Not the cheapest but I cant fault the job and I'd definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I took 5 jackets here which all required different alterations (new zips, hiding tears, and restitching). All 5 now look great, you can’t tell they have even been repaired. They went above and beyond even adding the original zip pulls back onto the new zips. Really pleased, will be using again!

I had a dress recently altered at The ZipYard Chapel Allerton branch. They did a wonderful job and even ironed the dress for me! The staff is highly skilled and genuinely friendly. Big thanks to the team!

Had some curtains shortened. Going by the reviews nothing to complain about the craft of alterations and neither had I. However I will not be a customer there again on account of how utterly rude, obnoxious and unfriendly Jasleen was to me ( name on receipt) To have someone front of house with no communication skills is beyond belief...'tutting' , impatient and rolling her eyes , robotic answers as if another customer was a big disruption to her day. When I picked up the curtains it was a different woman, totally opposite . I asked first if Jasleen had some problems to make her so rude ie sick family, recent bereavement (this can happen in life and I wanted to check first ) she said no... which is why I'm writing my review . I visit chapel A high street alot , it's a lovely friendly community feel. I will not go to Zipyard again to risk that bad experience again.

Really pleased with the whole service provided by The ZipYard in Chapel A! Top advice on the best way to repair, Clear expectation on the time it would take and a good price. Received a text to say the zips were fixed ahead of schedule, picked up my pride and joy coat which had been repaired to a fantastic standard. A big thankyou 😀
